Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at Prudent Tech IT Solutions in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, and driving growth through various digital channels. The role will also involve monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and/or online advertising Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and channels Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
